Please read before using the service
Terms of
use.
Effective date: October 20, 2026. These draft terms describe the intended use of the MithraCare mobile application and related services. The operating legal entity, jurisdiction, and final terms should be confirmed with qualified counsel before public launch.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. If you add another person’s information, you must have authority or permission to do so.
2. Care circles and sharing
Care circles let members coordinate routines and care information. You control sharing choices available in the app. You are responsible for reviewing your circle membership and sharing settings. A person’s information may not be visible to every circle member.
3. Health information and reminders
Medicine schedules, adherence records and health readings are entered or managed by users. Reminders, summaries and AI-assisted extraction may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Check medicine and health information against its original source and consult a qualified clinician before making care decisions.
Do not rely on the app for emergency help. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for authorized care coordination. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or information, interfere with service security or availability, or submit information you have no right to share.
5. Third-party services
Some functions rely on external providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, email, AI-assisted features, storage or payments. Availability and terms of those functions may depend on the relevant provider.
6. Subscriptions
Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Purchases may be processed through the app store or another payment provider.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and may be changed or unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, MithraCare is not responsible for harm caused by relying on the app instead of a clinician, pharmacist, caregiver, or emergency service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Account closure and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available app settings or by contacting support. We may update these terms; material changes should be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
